Welcome to the Hire Big10+!
The Hire Big 10+ Career Consortium is a network of dedicated career services professionals from the Big Ten schools, as well as DePaul University, the University of Chicago, and the University of Notre Dame. This group is dedicated to expanding the professional practices of career services as it relates to career counseling/advising, employer relations, and programming.
The Hire Big 10+ Consortium is an affinity group within the Midwest Association of Colleges and Employers (Midwest ACE).
The HB10+ Allerton Conference allows career services professionals to gather together to learn and collaborate with each other around topics relating to career services, career counseling and advising, employer relations, programming, and more. The Meruelo Family Center for Career Development at the University of Notre Dame is excited to host Allerton 2026, the annual meeting of the Hire Big Ten+ career consortium. Registration will go live in early February 2026.
