Presenter: Mary Scott
Managing Partner, Scott Resource Group
Description: One of the few things we know for certain is that this past semester of early talent recruiting didn’t play out as employers and career centers envisioned just a few months earlier. With all the challenges and moving parts that hybrid recruiting presented – it’s clear that most organizations are planning for more of the same for early 2022.
Mary Scott, managing consultant at Scott Resource Group, will present research findings from her recent student surveys – along with employer and career center interviews – that provide analysis of the current state, and includes some clues as to where the profession is heading. This is one of the few places we can review data provided directly from the student candidates, providing a full picture of where recruiting strategies may be falling short.
Reaction Panel: Panelists include GE, PepsiCo and Enterprise Holdings.
